The Retired Men's Association (RMA) was established more than 50 years ago. Currently, there are 250 retired and semi-retired men who are members of the RMA. Most of the members reside in Greenwich but there are a number of men who reside in nearby communities.
Meetings are held every Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church on Lafayette Place, followed by a speaker. Organized trips to various venues are planned throughout the year.
Other than golf, RMA Members get together for weekly tennis, bridge and walks. One of the most important activities of the RMA is volunteerism. On a yearly basis, members put in 40,000 hours of volunteer work for various community agencies.
The RMA welcomes men interested in joining its ranks.
