PATRICK MASSI, NEW PRO
For those of you who do not know me, my name is Patrick Massi, Jr. For more than 14 years, I have worked as the Assistant Golf Professional under the direction of Joseph Felder, Head Golf Professional for the past 32 years here at The Griff. Having grown up here as a junior golfer, I have pretty much held every position imaginable. From my early years of parking and cleaning carts, picking up range balls, selling and assisting in the golf shop, to finally becoming a PGA Member and providing individual and group golf instruction. I have done it all! I have seen firsthand what it takes to run a successful business and operation. The golf industry has gone through many changes and challenges, especially over the past two years, but responding to change has allowed us to remain profitable and highly valued by members and Town residents. For those of you who do know me, they can attest that I am passionate, enthusiastic, and extremely dedicated to The Griff. Being fortunate to have grown up here, I have witnessed every facet of running The Griff from operations, facilities, and management to enhancing guest experiences and player satisfaction. Over the years, I have fostered many relationships among members, guests, workers, and players. I appreciate what is needed to manage and enrich operations at The Griff. It takes a team effort, and working in collaboration with the Town, the Operations Manager, and the Restaurant makes it successful. I am very excited and extremely honored and humbled to be your next Head Golf Professional here at The Griff. This is a dream come true for me, and I cannot wait for the 2022 golf season to begin!!
